New Kama‘aina ticket option offered for 2022 Sentry Tournament of Champions

KAPALUA — The 2022 Sentry Tournament of Champions, which returns to The Plantation Course at Kapalua from Jan. 5-9, will mark Maui’s 24th year hosting the event as it kicks off the calendar year with one of the most exceptional fields in golf, featuring only winners from the previous year on the PGA Tour.

The champions-only event features several ticket options for all fans to enjoy the annual PGA Tour event.

Daily grounds tickets start at $25 and provide access to all public fan areas, which feature a variety of best-in-class amenities.

New this year, Sentry Tournament of Champions and Southwest Airlines are proud to offer the Kama’aina presented by Southwest Airlines ticket option. The Kama’aina provides discounted tickets to local Hawaii residents with a valid photo ID, starting at $25 for Thursday and Friday, $30 for Saturday and $45 for Sunday.

Courtesy of Maui Health, the Official Healthcare Provider of the Sentry Tournament of Champions, two keiki ages 15 and under are admitted free with one ticketed adult (applies to grounds access only), making it the perfect family outing.

The 2022 field is shaping up to be one of the best yet, featuring reigning FedExCup champion Patrick Cantlay, Collin Morikawa, Hideki Matsuyama, Max Homa, first-time winners Abraham Ancer, Joel Dahmen, Talor Gooch and many more.

This year marks another exciting installment of the Sentry Tournament of Champions with some highlights of the week, including Ohana Day, the Aloha Kick-Off prior to the first tee time on Thursday, and Aloha Friday with players and fans alike encouraged to wear island attire.
