Kapalua Golf Academy offers summer junior golf programs
KAPALUA – Kapalua Golf and Kapalua Golf Academy last week announced a series of summer programs for juniors of all ages and levels of play.
Three different options for junior golf instruction are available throughout the summer season and will cover a variety of topics – sportsmanship, skills development, golf rules, fundamentals, short game, long game and more.
Kapalua Junior Academy is offered on Saturdays for all levels ages 5-17.
A five-week program includes putting, around the green, full swing fundamentals, etiquette, rules and sportsmanship. The scoring test is on a scaled course.

The PGA Junior League for all levels ages 13 and under is like Little League for golfers!
The fee is $275 plus tax. Practice began May 15 on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 4 p.m. Matches begin June 5, continuing every Wednesday at 4 p.m.

Kapalua Junior Development Summer Camps are set for June 3 to Aug. 9, available Monday to Friday.
The cost is $275 for two days, or $500 for four days, for aspiring players ages 5- 17.
The Summer Junior Golf Camps give juniors an opportunity to improve fundamental movement skills, teach golf-specific skills and create a love for the game.
Two- and four-day summer camps include skills development, learning golf etiquette and rules.
Both camps include a round on the Bay Course with one accompanied adult for nine holes after 4 p.m. with rentals included.
