WAILUKU — The U.S. Open Local Qualifier will be held at King Kamehameha Golf Club on May 14, 2011.

This year, the USGA will only accept online entries at www.usga.org/champs/apply.

Entry deadline is Wednesday, April 27, at 11 a.m. HST.
