Two-time Olympic gold medalist Misty May-Treanor will stage M2 Volleyball indoor and beach clinics for boys and girls next week on Maui.

May-Treanor, the founder of M2 Volleyball Camps & Clinics, will host the Maui events in cooperation with the Aloha Volleyball Club of Maui.

“I am really looking forward to working with all of the young boys and girls who love the sport of volleyball in Hawaii. I’m energized by their love of the game and am excited to share some of what I have learned over the years with them,” said May-Treanor, who returned recently from the 2010 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Annual Convention, where she was a featured beach volleyball clinician and award presenter for the AVCA All-American and Player of the Year Banquet presented by ZAMST.

M2 Volleyball will make its first stop in Hawaii at Maui’s Kanaha Beach Park on Monday, Jan. 3, from 3 to 6 p.m. for the beach session.

The indoor clinic will be held at Seabury Hall on Tuesday, Jan. 4, from 5 to 8 p.m.

A full clinic schedule and registration information can be found online at www.mistymay.com/may/store.

The M2 Volleyball Camps & Clinics in Hawaii are sponsored by Gatorade, Roxy Athletix, Mikasa Sports and ZAMST.
