Golf tourney to support LHS Stadium Project

LAHAINA — The third annual Lahainaluna High School Foundation “Re-do da IMU” Golf Tournament, a fundraiser for the LHS Stadium Project, will be held at the Kaanapali Royal Course on Sunday, Dec. 12.

The tournament will add a golf ball drop this year so that non-golfers can join in the fun. Donations of $10 per ball will go to support the stadium project.

Prizes for closest to the pin include a Las Vegas trip for two, new iPad, and Hyatt Regency Maui getaway for two.

The golf tournament begins with registration at 7 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 8 a.m. The $125 entry fee includes a complimentary cap, snacks, lunch and other goodies. All players are invited to Outback Steakhouse for lunch, awards and door prizes.

A 2011 Honda Ridgeline will be awarded any golfer carding a hole-in-one on the 17th hole. Visitors are welcome to attend.
