ALS Charity Golf Tournament to debut
WAIKAPU — The first annual ALS Charity Golf Tournament will be held Oct. 3 at Kahili Golf Course.
All proceeds raised from the two-man scramble event, which will begin with a shotgun start at 7 a.m., will support the ALS Association.
The association’s mission is to help people living with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) and find a cure for the progressive neurodegenerative disease that took the life and name of Baseball Legend Lou Gehrig.
For participation and sponsorship information, contact Kevin Foth at Kahili Golf Course at 242-4653 or Kevin_f@kahiligolf.com. All sponsors will be recognized at the tournament.
