Coldwell Banker Island Properties acquires Maui Showcase Properties

Coldwell Banker Island Properties has a newly renovated Kapalua office.
LAHAINA — Coldwell Banker Island Properties recently announced the acquisition of Maui Showcase Properties and its Property Management Division that includes long-term and vacation rentals.
The acquisition went into effect Jan. 1, 2022, with all agents joining Coldwell Banker Island Properties.
The addition of Maui Showcase Properties fortifies the West Maui expansion of Coldwell Banker Island Properties, along with Coldwell Banker Island Vacations, which recently opened operations out of the firm’s newly renovated Kapalua office.
Other acquisitions in West Maui for the brokerage include Sakamoto Properties, Mary Anne Fitch and Associates, and the Speicher Group.
