Hawaiiana Management Company provides education, ‘eats’ and accolades to on-site property managers
Hawaiiana Management Company values its relationship with the on-site managers of the properties it serves.
Resident managers, general managers and site managers are the backbone of a well-run property, and a crucial link between management companies, association boards of directors and owners.
With this in mind, Hawaiiana presents twice-yearly educational seminars free of charge to property site managers.
The seminars include pertinent talks by industry experts, a bountiful meal and even prize giveaways.
Most recently, Hawaiiana’s Site/Resident Manager Appreciation Lunch was held at Kahili Golf Course in Wailuku.
Speakers and their topics included Daniel Cardenas, Maui Plumbing, on “High-Risk Component of Aging Fixtures; and Shannon Sheldon, Attorney, McKeon, Sheldon and Mehling, on “Hot Topics Water Damage, Fair Housing and Comfort Animals.”
Site managers, general managers and residential managers representing approximately 40 Maui properties were in attendance.
A buffet lunch was served, and the event concluded with several prize drawings.
