OLS Hotels & Resorts adds Maui Beach Hotel to its portfolio
HONOLULU – OLS Hotels & Resorts, a leading independent hotel management company with 30 properties across the U.S., continues its aggressive growth throughout Hawaii with the addition of three new properties to its portfolio: White Sands Hotel, Pacific Monarch and Maui Beach Hotel.
The new additions signify OLS Hotels & Resorts’ ongoing expansion into the Hawaii market with the intention to enhance Hawaii’s tourism from a local perspective.
Led by local Hawaii hospitality veteran Chief Executive Officer Ben Rafter, OLS Hotels & Resorts currently has partnerships with six other Hawaii properties.
OLS manages Renew and Royal Grove Waikiki on Oahu and Plantation Hale Suites and Banyan Harbor Resort on Kauai, in addition to providing key services to Volcano House and Ainamalu at Waikoloa Beach Resort on Hawaii Island.
“We are honored to add White Sands Hotel, Pacific Monarch and Maui Beach Hotel to our growing portfolio of one-of-a-kind, independent Hawaii properties,” said Rafter.
“As these three properties are just as important to locals as they are to tourists, we look forward to enhancing them with our excellent hotel management services that stem from our team’s long-trusted experience in elevating boutique Hawaiian hotels.”
Conveniently positioned in downtown Kahului and minutes from Kahului Airport, Maui Beach Hotel is the gateway to Maui’s picturesque North Shore.
Maui Beach Hotel sits oceanfront on Kahului Bay, providing views and easy access to a variety of popular attractions, dining, shopping, beaches, hiking and golf courses.
Featuring warm Hawaiian hospitality and traditional tropical decor, Maui Beach Hotel boasts 147 guest rooms, swimming pool, courtyard, fitness center, restaurant, lounge, meeting rooms and ballroom.
With its oceanfront green space with gazebo and five other versatile venues, Maui Beach Hotel is a beloved destination for local events and weddings.
Within the next year, OLS Hotels & Resorts has plans to invest in a redesign of the property, providing cosmetic updates to the guest rooms, public spaces and exterior.
The lobby will feature a refresh of its traditional Hawaiian decor, and the hotel’s courtyard will be activated with firepits and nightly drink service.
As one of the most kama’aina-friendly hotels on the island, Maui Beach Hotel will continue to offer affordable rates for its loyal local guests.
