Hawaiiana Management Company’s West Maui Office opens its doors
KAHANA – Hawaiiana Management Company is pleased to announce that the doors to their new office in the Kahana Gateway Professional Building are open as of Aug. 1, 2019. Hawaiiana’s West Maui Office serves as a satellite office to their primary location in Kihei and will provide convenience for the company’s 30-plus association management clients on the West Side of Maui.
Hawaiiana’s association management clientele includes some of the area’s most prestigious properties, including Kapalua Golf Villas, Royal Kahana and Kaanapali Royal. The office features a meeting room where boards of directors can convene.
April Lum, CMCA, AMS, who joined Hawaiiana in January, serves as Office Coordinator and Management Executive for the office. April is known to the West Maui community for her work as Executive Assistant to the President and Office Manager for Management Consultants of Hawaii in Lahaina, where she served for over 17 years.
The 55-year-old, locally operated company opened its first office on Maui in 2002. The office relocated from Kahului to Kihei in 2017 to accommodate growth. Hawaiiana currently serves 106 associations on Maui and 739 statewide, while maintaining a client retention rate well over 98 percent.
