Hawaiiana Management Company holds educational seminar for residential managers
KIHEI – Hawaiiana Management Company, Ltd. recently held a residential manager seminar for approximately 40 managers from around the island in the company’s Kihei office.
The seminar featured keynote speakers Sue Savio, president of Insurance Associates, and condo and community association attorney John Morris.
Afternoon “break-out” sessions allowed managers to sharpen their problem-solving skills and connect with others to share information and solutions.
“Resident managers are an important part of our team in serving our associations. When they are stronger, we all benefit,” said Mike Hartley, Hawaiiana’s president.
Education and support for residential, site and general managers is a top priority for the company, and Hawaiiana’s Maui office hosts educational events for Maui managers twice a year.
Hawaiiana is also pleased to announce the opening of their second Maui office in the Kahana Gateway Professional Building. Doors are scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2019. The office will serve West Maui as a satellite office to their primary location in Kihei.

April is known to the West Maui community for her work as Executive Assistant to the President and Office Manager for Management Consultants of Hawaii in Lahaina, where she served for over 17 years.
