Kamehameha Schools names Kevin Greenwell to Commercial Real Estate Division position
HONOLULU – Kamehameha Schools recently named Kevin Greenwell to the position of senior director of portfolio strategy.
Greenwell will develop Kamehameha Schools’ Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Strategy, ensuring the achievement of appropriate risk-adjusted returns within the 1,500 acres of the commercial real estate portfolio.
He will also work closely with the Financial Assets and Finance divisions to optimize KS’ overall Endowment Fund investment performance while directing analysis of key commercial real estate transactions to ensure alignment with KS’ overall investment objectives.
Greenwell was principal of KMG Advisory LLC (KMGA), an independent consultancy providing financial advisory, analytical and asset management services across the real estate sector to clients including KS, A&B Properties and the Queen Lili’uokalani Trust.

Greenwell was born and raised on Oahu, where he attended Punahou School. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
