Kapalua Mahana Estates brought to you by KW Honolulu and KW Island Living; the developer, Nan Inc. from Honolulu, will be completing their first home by summer 2017. This 51-homesite development is sure to be a wonderful addition to Kapalua. Located in the fabulous Kapalua Resort, the 125 acres will have lots ranging from 0.6 to four acres. Pricing on the development will begin in the upper $9 millions.
Napili Wailele Ridge brought to you by Island Sotheby’s and developer Bach Corporation has launced with pre-sales. Located near Maui Preparatory Academy, the 25-building condominium townhomes offer one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Some of the units have garages, lanais and beautiful views. The units range from 505 square feet to 1,569 square feet. Pricing on the development begins in the upper $300,000s.
Launiupoko Makila Kai brought to you by Moffett Properties and developer Brown Development. The planned workforce housing is 25 affordable homes on half-acre lots. This property is being sold based on a lottery, so if interested and you qualify, you should throw your hat in as there are no guarantees. There will be one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom single-family homes. Home prices will range from $251,800 to $671,900.

Haiku Pa’uwela, a 33-home subdivision built on 33.8 acres, is 100 percent workforce housing with prices at $449,200 to $723,235.
Kihei Kamalani Phase 1 and 2 feature 170 affordable two- and three-bedroom condos from the mid-$300,000s. In 2017, delivery begins; selling now.
Kihei Paradise Ridge features 32 luxurious condominiums starting at $699,000.
Kihei Cove Beach Village is comprised of 32 condominiums that are two and three bedrooms, starting at $499,900. Completion is estimated in 2018.
Kihei Kamalani Kai is comprised of 40 condominiums that are three-bedroom/two-bath. This project is 100 percent workforce housing; prices range from $372,000 to $521,000.
Kula Kula’io features 35 lots of 2.5 acres to 25 acres. Prices range from the $700,000s to $1.8 million. The estimated closing is in March 2018; selling now.
Pukalani Kua’aina Mauka features 16 homes and 16 cottages. Homes start at $550,000 and cottages start at $350,000. It is breaking ground in 2017.
Wailea Keala O’ Waliea features 70 condominiums in ten-unit buildings. Prices range from $750,000 to $1.8 million; selling now.
Wailuku Alohilani at Kehalani features 88 single-family homes. Prices range from the $500,000s to mid-$600,000s; selling now.
