Kaanapali, Maui, Hawaii the place to be!
KAANAPALI – Mischelle Lawrence and Jim Harris have called Kaanapali home for 30 years. They have also been involved with many of the developments over those years in Kaanapali.
Mischelle initially worked for the developer of Kaanapali Hillside, where Jim and many brokers in the day bought and sold lots. It had been many years since that type of product had been offered, and initially it was a buying frenzy. Mischelle then went on to the Masters at Kaanapali Hillside, who was the same developer. The initial reaction to that product was outstanding as well, with the properties being sold out prior to construction being completed in the initial phases. Jim and Mischelle were some of the initial full-time residents at The Masters, and Jim served on the board of directors.
It has been said many times before that Kaanapali Beach is one of the best in all of the world, and we could not agree more! Not only do Harris and Lawrence love the beach but the Kaanapali lifestyle in general.
They are now full-time residents at The Vintage at Kaanapali, which is freestanding condominium homes surrounded by The Kaanapali Golf Course on 17 acres in Kaanapali proper, just above Whalers Village. One of the things Mischelle and Jim love most about living in Kaanapali is the golf cart lifestyle. Jumping in the golf cart and going down to Whalers Village for a stroll along the boardwalk to shop and have dinner at sunset is really a wonderful experience.
Currently, Vintage 108 is available and priced to sell at $1,150,000. This property has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. There are sliding glass doors out to the lanai/patio area from all rooms. There is a two-car garage and central air-conditioning. The views to the resort across the blue Pacific to the neighbor island of Lanai are awe-inspiring.
This property is being sold furnished and ready for occupancy. The Vintage at Kaanapali has a recreation area where there is a barbecue area, swimming pool, spa and a air-conditioned workout room. There are also walking trails around the property with benches and outstanding views. The Vintage is pet-friendly and does not allow vacation rentals. This property is easy to view.
If vacation rentals are of interest, it does not get better than Maui Eldorado B102, priced originally at $275,000 and now listed at $248,000 LH. This one-bedroom/one-bath is upgraded and turnkey. It is currently in the Outrigger vacation rental program. Direct access out to the lawn area from the patio/lanai area gives the feel of indoor/outdoor living. A true feel of Hawaiiana as you enjoy the evening sunsets or morning sunrise. There is aloha in the air.
There is underground parking along with amenities that include pools, a convenience store and the ever-popular Maui Eldorado Beach Cabana accessed by complimentary golf cart ride if that Polynesian paralysis has settled in. And you don’t feel like walking, but do feel like lounging, it doesn’t get better than at the Maui Eldorado Beach Cabana.
Direct oceanfront Mahana 701 is positioned in the most desirable location of the entire property. This large two-bedroom with two full baths property was extensively renovated in 2007, which included redesigning the kitchen as well as both baths. The total cost was approximately $200,000. This unit is in the Aston resorts vacation rental program and is a featured apartment for marketing used by Aston and rated A+.
Amenities include a oceanfront pool, spacious jaccuzzi, professional barbecue area, state-of-the-art low-impact tennis courts, a welcoming lobby with in-house concierge service and a coffee cafe area. Priced to sell at $1,549,000, this is a property not to be overlooked. Compared to any other Kaanapali direct oceanfront properties, this reflects incredible value.
