Maui Eldorado in the heart of Kaanapali

Enjoy incredible views from the lanai of D-203 and Maui Eldorado’s private beach cabana.

KAANAPALI – Opportunity knocks for investors wanting to own in the Kaanapali area – we currently have several condominiums of varying sizes available in this hidden paradise in the heart of the resort.

There are studios (570 square feet); one-bedroom/one-bathroom and one-bedroom/two-bathroom (960 square feet); and two-bedroom/two-bathroom (1,440 square feet) floor plans. The other two of similar floor plans and with ocean views are L-202 ($359,999 LH) and F-201 ($375,000 LH); both have been upgraded on the interior and show very well. We also currently have the lowest priced two-bedroom available, B-106 at $498,000 LH, which is beautifully upgraded and a corner garden view, and K-113 ($699,000 LH), which is also completely upgraded with granite, tile and new sliding doors and looks across the golf course to the ocean. The lobby has a great caf and sundry store that’s open for breakfast and lunch, and if you need to book any activities whilst on your vacation, don’t forget to stop by the concierge desk for advice and bookings on the best trips/shows/luaus etc. Right across the street is the Fairway Shops with several restaurants, coffee store, gym, massage, nail and hair salons, and you are only a short stroll down to Whalers Village with lots of shopping, restaurants and activities.
