MFSS receives donation of 50 mattresses
KAHULUI – Maui Family Support Services Inc. received a donation of 50 Tempur-Pedic mattresses for program participants on Wednesday, June 30.
The beds worth approximately $85,000 were donated by BedMart Mattress Superstores in partnership with Tempur-Pedic.
“Maui Family Support Services is excited to partner with BedMart in meeting the needs of the families we serve. Many families cannot afford a new bed for themselves or their children and often sleep on worn out second-hand beds, futons or on the floor. This donation helps to alleviate some of the needs and stressors that our families face,” said Daphne Ladia, director of operations.
