KAANAPALI – Whalers Realty is pleased to announce that over the past year-and-a-half, four members of our team – Amy Lam, Andy Marchello, Elizabeth Joy Naylor and Katie Zimmerman – have graduated from our “Fast Track to Success” training program.

Lam majored in International Business and Marketing with a minor in Finance and Asian Studies from the University of Hawaii. Amy has assisted homeowners and buyers for over eight years in Honolulu and Las Vegas and more recently on Maui. She enjoys the challenge of helping people achieve the gratification that comes with home ownership on Maui.

Marchello graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2011 with a major in Travel Industry Management. Born and raised on Maui, Andy has immense knowledge of the island, including the secret surf spots, prime real estate locations and best places to grab a plate lunch. He is excited to offer his enthusiasm and love for the island of Maui with buyers.

Naylor earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics and Foreign Language from the University of Kentucky in 2005 and a Masters of Education in School Counseling from Liberty University in 2013. She loves to help people pursue their dreams of owning a home in Paradise. Elizabeth was recently inducted as the exclusive Realtor into the West Maui Professionals Chapter of BNI.

Zimmerman is originally from the small Caribbean island of St. Croix. After graduating from the University of Delaware, she set forth on an adventure to Maui in 2005. Katie has a passion for island life and the real estate market. She is eager to share her passion and help her clients realize their Maui real estate dreams. Katie is a founding member of the newest Rotary chapter in West Maui.

It is an eight-week intensive program for new agents under the tutelage of Sales & Training Manager Kimberley Thompson. For experienced agents, Whalers Realty offers a four-week concentrated training course that focuses on specific topics tailored to the agent. In addition to these programs, our agents have the opportunity to achieve professional designations, such as the Accredited Buyers Representative, Resort and Second Home Specialist and e-Pro.
