Teri Byrd has joined the team at Aloha Realty Group.

LAHAINA – We are pleased to introduce Teri Byrd, who brings her unique talents and spirit to Aloha Realty Group. She said she felt she was a match with Aloha Realty Group because of the very high standard of ethics, integrity and aloha volunteer spirit within the community that she shares.

What’s unique about Teri Byrd? For one thing, real estate was not her first career. She was and still is a doctor. For 21 years, she ran a successful veterinary practice in the Seattle area. She has a deep, value-driven compassion for animals. She brings similar values and compassion to her real estate practice.

She continues to fulfill her passion for animals even today. She currently volunteers for NOAA, giving whale talks to help educate the public about the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary.

She also continues to provide help to animal owners WORLDWIDE by giving free, 20-minute veterinary consultations internationally by phone, e-mail and Skype.

She carries out her spirit of aloha and giving back to the community through many other volunteer activities as well. She schedules speakers for Rotary Club of Lahaina and helps raise money for polio and other Rotary projects. She’s also volunteered at the Maui Marathon and Lahaina Restoration Foundation events.

She said, “I have a passion for working with people and helping them make their dreams come true. Moving to Maui made my dreams come true, and I am inspired to help my clients find the perfect property for them on this wonderful island.”
