KAANAPALI – Whalers Realty is pleased to introduce Jeff Swanson, R(S). Jeff is a California native who fell in love with Maui while visiting in 1997.

Maui’s dramatic landscapes, heavenly beaches, perfect weather, world-class surf breaks and diverse cultural elements were the perfect recipe for pursuing his dream lifestyle. Jeff now resides in West Maui with his wife and two children.

Before joining the Whalers Realty crew, Jeff was already very successful in many aspects of real estate sales, beginning with vacation ownership for Starwood Properties. During his career with Starwood, his sales volume exceeded $100,000,000 in resort real estate intervals, for which he received numerous awards and accolades.

Jeff was the first Realtor to graduate from WRI’s “Fast Track to Success.” The program is detailed and multifaceted and includes hands-on training from WRI’s specialized staff managers.

This training enables our agents to start earning commissions quickly and provides them the ability to adapt to the ever-changing real estate market. New agents participate in an intensive eight-week training program, which allows for one-on-one training with Principal Broker Robert J. Cartwright, recipient of Hawaii Business Magazine’s Hall of Fame Award for being consistently ranked as one of the Top 100 Realtors in Hawaii.

Jeff has already achieved several certifications, such as ePRO and RSPS. His ePRO, certified professional online presence allows Jeff to reach today’s hyper-connected consumers by utilizing the most advanced real estate technology for maximum marketing prowess.

Jeff has also earned his certification as a Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS). RSPS is recognized as an official NAR certification and allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a Realtor who specializes in resort and second-home properties to assist them with their real estate needs.

Most recently, Jeff was recognized by Whalers Realty as the “Best of the Best” for the month of August, earning the Top Sellers Agent award.

This past year has been a demanding yet celebratory year for Jeff.
