Aina Nalu Charitable Fund helps two Lahaina groups
WAILUKU — The Aina Nalu Charitable Fund recently awarded grants to two organizations that serve the Lahaina area.
The Lahaina Intermediate School Educational Foundation received $2,500 for the Lahaina Complex After School Enrichment Tutor Project, and the Maui Food Bank received $1,000 specifically for the Lahaina community.
The Aina Nalu Charitable Fund was established with the Hawaii Community Foundation (HCF) in 2005 to benefit the Lahaina community when Aina Nalu, a resort condominium property on Wainee Street, was remodeled.
