The many benefits of Hale Noho

This Google Earth image shows Hale Noho’s great location.
NAPILI — Hale Noho is a small community located on the south foot of Pineapple Hill in beautiful Napili. This wonderful slice of paradise was built in 1986.
It originally consisted of approximately 75 homes that were either two bedrooms/one-bath or three bedrooms/one-and-a-half baths. There was a ten-year “anti-spec” clause attached to the original homes, and as soon as the re-sales became available, we have seen many wonderful changes in this quaint little neighborhood.
Most of the home sites average 6,000 to 7,000 square feet. One of the spectacular advantages in this subdivision is that you are permitted to build a second story, thus allowing for an extended family home. Many of the owners that have taken advantage of this restriction have built up and are appreciating the phenomenal ocean views available from some of their lofty perches.
The location is also advantageous, as it is across the street from Maui Preparatory Academy and Napili Plaza, and less than a half-mile from Kapalua Resort. Your drive to the Kaanapali Resort is about seven minutes.
Napili is very green and surrounded by some of the most spectacular beaches and vistas on Earth. Hale Noho is just up the road from Honokeana Cove and Napili Bay.
I presently have one home listed in Hale Noho for sale: 109 Aloalo Place, a three-bedroom/one-and-a-half-bath that has been completely upgraded from the floors to the landscaping.
