Whalers Realty welcomes new General Sales Manager, Julie R. Archambeau

It is with great pride and enthusiasm that Whalers Realty welcomes the newest addition to their team of professionals, Julie R. Archambeau, R, as general sales manager and broker-in-charge.
Archambeau holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Archambeau was previously the financial director for the entire island of Lanai in Lanai Company Inc., a division of Fortune 500 Dole Foods/Castle & Cooke Hawaii.
Looking for new challenges, but wanting to continue working with finance and people, Julie transitioned to the real estate division of the company in 1998 and quickly rose to become one of the company’s top sales associates. She is credited with selling over half of the luxury properties sold on Lanai during her tenure. After a successful run representing the developer of Lanai, Julie opened her own general brokerage firm with offices in Lanai City and Lahaina. Julie and her husband of 18 years, Terry, are blessed with a beautiful daughter, Emma Kealani Lynn Archambeau, who is in the sixth grade and an honor student at Maui Preparatory Academy. Julie will tell you that Emma (“Smoochie”) and Terry are her highest priorities in life.
