Dine out and support Hospice Maui
On Tuesday, Nov. 13, community members and Maui visitors are encouraged to come together, share ono meals and show their support for Hospice Maui’s compassionate care program.
Thirty-three popular Maui restaurants are participating in the ninth annual “Dine Out for Hospice Maui!” this year.
It’s easy – choose a participating restaurant (or two) and enjoy your meal. A portion of the proceeds from your meal will be donated to Hospice Maui.
Participants are also encouraged to share hospice care stories with friends and colleagues, as your explanations can help increase awareness and access to this compassionate form of care.
West Maui restaurants taking part this year include Cane & Canoe at Montage Kapalua Bay, Down The Hatch, Leoda’s Kitchen & Pie Shop, Maui Brewing Co. Lahaina, Merriman’s Kapalua, Pi Artisan Pizzeria, Roy’s Kaanapali and Teddy’s Bigger Burgers.
See the complete list of participating restaurants at www.HospiceMaui.org.
Hospice Maui has been trusted by Maui physicians and families for over 35 years. It provides hospice services to dying people and their families in their home, in its Hospice Maui Hale and in assisted living facilities.
The dedicated staff provides physical comfort and emotional and spiritual support for people who are terminally ill while supporting and assisting their families, both before the death and while they are grieving.
Hospics Maui’s purpose is to enrich the community by helping people make the most of the gifts that preparing for death can bring: compassion, insight, courage, humility, inspiration, confidence and growth.
Dine out on Nov. 13 and support Hospice Maui’s important work in our community.
