Dine out to help Hospice Maui
It’s once again time for compassionate community members to convene over plates of ono kau kau to show their support for Hospice Maui’s compassionate care program.
Now in its sixth year, “Dine Out for Hospice Maui” returns on Tuesday, Nov. 10. The benefit is held annually in November in recognition of National Hospice Month and in celebration of Hospice Maui’s anniversary.
It’s easy and fun. Simply dine out on Tuesday at one of the 35 participating restaurants that will donate proceeds from your meal to Hospice Maui.
“Share your hospice care stories with friends and colleagues, as your stories can help to increase awareness and access to this compassionate form of care,” Hospice Maui noted.
“Hospice care is more than medical care; it is quality, compassionate, patient-centered care and includes supporting the patients’ families. Help us continue to meet the increasing need for hospice care by participating in our island-wide friend and fundraising event…”
Here in West Maui, enjoy a meal at Fleetwood’s on Front St., Frida’s Mexican Beach House, Honu Seafood & Pizza, Leoda’s Kitchen & Pie Shop, Longhi’s Lahaina, Mala Ocean Tavern, Maui Brewing Co., Merriman’s Kapalua, Roy’s Kaanapali and The Plantation House Restaurant.
