Sometimes you want to send the same message to many people in iMessage, so I’m going to show you how to do it.

Let’s open up Messages on your iPhone and create a message to the governor asking him to add two more lanes on the Lahaina Bypass. After sending it out, you decided to send it along to President Trump, Kim Jong-un and Vladimir Putin. Just slightly press on the Message you just sent, and a menu pops up on the bottom giving you the options to Copy or More. Choose More. You’ll see an arrow on the right bottom, so click on it, at the top start adding their names then press Send.

Many people keep asking me how to backup their iPhone to save photos and other data. This is how simple it is, so don’t throw this article away or paste it in over your dartboard.

So, to begin your iCloud backup, first connect your iPhone to a Wi-Fi connection. Go to Settings. All of your personal user information is in your phone’s Settings menu under your name. By selecting your name, you’ll find a menu that allows you to handle your name, e-mail, numbers, password, payments, iTunes, and, yes, iCloud. Scroll on and select iCloud Backup. Hit the iCloud option in the menu. You’ll be taken to the iCloud backup page. Select the iCloud Backup button. This turns on automatic backups. As long as your phone is plugged in when you go to bed, iOS will do an iCloud backup.

The new Google Photos App has optical character recognition (OCR), a feature that allows Google to read the text in photos and turn it into text that you can search for – and even copy and paste into documents. That’s a handy feature to have on a phone, especially if you find yourself taking lots of photos of things that contain plenty of text that you’d want to be able to access later.

Pulling text out of screenshots you’ve saved at some point on your phone is one other great example of what OCR tech can do for you. Being able to find that screenshot by search is also going to be a lot easier than browsing your photo gallery, and you have the ability to search your photos by the text in them. Once you find the photo you’re looking for, click the Lens button to easily copy and paste text.

How do you screen capture a website that has many pages? First you need to download and use the Firefox browser, which has a built-in screen capture for the entire webpage. At the top right are three dots () that when clicked on displays a menu. So choose take a screen shot.

You can use your mouse to size it or just press on the “Save full page” blue icon on the far right to “Capture all,” then press Download. It saves it in your Download folder. Once you open up the file, it shows all the pages in the Preview App.
