WEST MAUI – At 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, three members of the Rotary International Global Marketing Team will be the virtual speakers at a Zoom meeting of the Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset.

“Live from Evanston, Illinois,” Nancy Davidson, Jean Saunders and Amanda Gose will be on-screen to speak about Rotary’s global marketing strategy and discuss how Rotary is expanding its reach by raising awareness of its impact and brand.

Rotary’s marketing efforts extend both to the general public and to members, providing resources and guidance that help clubs present themselves as “People of Action.”

During the meeting, the marketing team will share examples of “People of Action” ads featuring Hawaii projects that were developed to support public image building, and which are available for club and members’ use.

Members of the marketing team were on Maui in February to shoot the “People of Action, Rescue Tubes Save Lives” video that included 20 members from the four Coastal Rotary Clubs.

Jean Saunders works as an account executive in Member Marketing.

The Global Marketing Team will be available to answer questions at the end of their presentation.
