LAHAINA – The County of Maui will host a community meeting to inform citizens affected by Tropical Storm Lane (including the West Side fires) today, Wednesday, Aug. 29, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Lahainaluna High School Gym.

Discussion topics will include emergency measures and future county actions.

Participating agencies include the Mayor’s Office, Maui Civil Defense Agency, Department of Environmental Management, Police Department and Maui Electric Co.
