Lahaina Arts Society to hold 49th Birthday Celebration
LAHAINA – Lahaina Arts Society (LAS) will celebrate 49 years of supporting the Maui artist community with Art in the Park festivities on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 26-27, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. under the Lahaina Banyan Tree.
Join the crowd for live music, magic, face painting, tie-dye workshop, birthday cake and more. In addition to the fine art fair, LAS will host a silent auction on Saturday to benefit the charity it founded, Lahaina Arts Association.

Lahaina Arts Society (LAS) is a Hawaii state nonprofit organization that showcases, markets and mentors Maui County artists.
The lineup on Saturday includes LAS’ Fine Art Fair from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., LAA’s silent auction from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and a tie-dye workshop and keiki art projects from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The day’s entertainment slate includes Max Angel from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., Dan Saunders from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Maui Jams from 1 to 2:30 p.m. and Magician Holden Mowat from 3 to 4:30 p.m.
On Sunday, the LAS Fine Art Fair is set for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., tie-dye and keiki art projects will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and free birthday cake will be served at noon.
Sunday’s entertainment lineup includes Ray Leese from 9 to 10:30 a.m., Andrew Molina from 11 a.m. to noon, Maui Jams from 1 to 2:30 p.m., and Zenshin Daiko from 3 to 4:30 p.m.
