Philippine Consulate to hold mobile outreach for Maui
WAILUKU – The county Department of Housing and Human Concerns, Immigrant Services Division, announced that the public is invited to reserve an appointment at the Philippine Consulate mobile outreach on Maui on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 15-16.
The outreach will provide on-island services for Philippine Passport renewal, dual citizenship and authentication.
Appointments are required and can be made in-person at the Maui County Immigrant Services Division offices.
Priority will be given to expired passports or passports expiring within the next six months, disabled or aged applicants and emergency travel.
Anyone wishing to reserve an appointment should bring the following items: completed application, Philippine Passport, Permanent Resident Card and $6.45 priority stamp.
If your current passport does not have an electronically readable chip, an NSO-issued birth certificate is also required.
The Immigrant Services Division Main Office is located at 2200 Main St., Suite 547, in Wailuku. The Lahaina Satellite Office is located at the West Maui Senior Center at 778 Pauoa St. in Lahaina; it is open Thursdays only from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
