LHS to continue to implement uniform T-shirt/dress code policy

LAHAINA – Lahainaluna High School will continue to implement the uniform T-shirt/dress code policy for the 2016-17 school year.

Uniform order forms are available in the main office. Completed order forms with payment may be submitted to the main office. Shirts will be available for pick-up during registration.

Incoming freshmen and transfer students may apply for a uniform waiver. Waiver applications for the uniform dress code policy may be obtained from the main office.

Completed waiver applications will be due to the LHS main office no later than 4 p.m. on July 1, 2016; completed applications will be reviewed by the School Community Council (SCC).

The SCC will contact the parents/legal guardians to arrange an appointment to meet with SCC members for a special session to interview the parents/legal guardians and student regarding the requested waiver. The special session will be held in early to mid-July.
