Lahaina Restoration Foundation scholarships available to Lahainaluna High School seniors and alumni

LAHAINA – Lahaina Restoration Foundation’s Scholarship Committee announced that a total of $35,000 in scholarships are available to Lahainaluna High School seniors and alumni for the 2016-17 school year.
Ten scholarships in the amount of $2,000 each and one scholarship in the amount of $2,500 will be awarded to qualifying seniors who will graduate from Lahainaluna High School in 2016. Scholarship eligibility requirements include being accepted into an accredited four-year college or university and writing an essay.
Additionally, five scholarships in the amount of $2,000 each and one scholarship in the amount of $2,500 will be awarded to currently enrolled full-time college or trade school students in 2016. Eligibility for these scholarships includes being an alumnus of Lahainaluna High School.
Completed applications must be sent by e-mail to the Lahaina Restoration Foundation office no later than 11:59 p.m. on March 14, 2016. Scholarship applications may be downloaded from the Lahaina Restoration.org website; click on Guidelines.
