Central Pacific Bank to host free Social Security seminar

WAILUKU – Central Pacific Bank (CPB) is offering free seminars for the general public on Maui. The next seminar, “Social Security Maximization Strategies,” will take place on Thursday, Jan. 22, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at CPB’s Wailuku Branch at 2061 Wells St.

The informational seminar will be conducted by John Yanagihara, senior vice president and financial planning manager of the bank’s Central Pacific Investment Services.

This seminar will help provide insight and points to help attendees figure out how to maximize their payouts.

Yanagihara will cover a variety of topics, such as preparing for retirement, protecting your assets, organizing your affairs and determining how to best take advantage of Social Security benefits.
