Governor to speak at Maui Chamber of Commerce luncheon

Gov. Neil Abercrombie will discuss state initiatives to support the economy at the Maui Chamber of Commerce’s Board Installation Luncheon.

KAANAPALI – The Maui Chamber of Commerce will induct its incoming directors on Friday, June 27, at its annual Board Installation Luncheon sponsored by Kaiser Permanente. The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Maui from noon to 2 p.m.

Gov. Neil Abercrombie will give the keynote address, speaking on what the state is doing for a healthy economic environment.

Mayor Alan Arakawa’s managing director will attend on his behalf and induct the board.

The chamber encourages Maui’s local business owners and their friends to join in this momentous occasion.
