‘I Love Lahaina’ to benefit West Maui schools

LAHAINA – “I Love Lahaina,” a fundraiser to benefit all six schools in West Maui, is returning to Lahaina Cannery Mall this weekend.

This family friendly community event will feature games, face painting, food booths, pony rides and a bouncy castle.

Enjoy live entertainment from Kapena, Uluwehi Guerrero and Nuff Sedd, as well as music performances and art displays from area students.

Bid on exciting experiences and items from local restaurants, activity providers and merchants at the silent and live auctions.

Activities are scheduled on Friday, May 3, from 4 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, May 4, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

All funds raised will be donated to Sacred Hearts, Maui Preparatory Academy, King Kamehameha III, Princess Nahi’ena’ena Elementary, Lahaina Intermediate and Lahainaluna High School to benefit the students.

Lahaina Cannery Mall’s regular free hula performances will be held on Saturday and Sunday at 1 p.m.
