Lahainaluna graduate invited into UCLA’s Phi Beta Kappa Chapter
LAHAINA – Michelle Fuller, valedictorian of both Lahainaluna High School (Class of 2008) and Sacred Hearts School (Class of 2004), will graduate this month from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications, Magna Cum Laude.
Michelle, the daughter of Steve and Becky Fuller of Lahaina, has also been accepted as a member of UCLA’s Phi Beta Kappa Chapter.
Phi Beta Kappa is the oldest and most prestigious academic honor society in America. It is especially well-known in business and professional communities throughout the nation.
This honor is awarded only to the top one percent of graduates in America.
During her undergraduate years, Michelle studied as an exchange student at both New York University and the Anglo-American University in the city of Prague in the Czech Republic.
After she graduates from UCLA, Michelle will return to Prague to continue her communications studies.
