Patrimony Wine Dinner set at Cane & Canoe

Patrimony Estates is the creation of brothers Daniel and Georges Daou, proprietors of DAOU Vineyards & Winery, some of the world’s finest and most profound wines.
KAPALUA — A curated five-course dinner will be held at Cane & Canoe, the signature restaurant at Montage Kapalua Bay, on Friday, Oct. 14.
The event begins with welcome and pupus at 5:30 p.m., followed by the seating at 6:15 p.m.
This wine dinner will showcase selected pours from the iconic Patrimony Estates.
Steve Palumbo, Patrimony Estate’s vice president of sales, will share these California first-growth wines that hail from Paso Robles’ Santa Lucia Mountains Adelaida District and are the industry’s benchmark for Bordeaux varieties.
Admission is $250 plus tax and gratuity per guest. Space is limited. No substitutions or discounts. Complimentary valet parking is available.
