LAHAINA — Join renowned Kumu Hula Hokulani Holt at Maui Ku’ia Estate Chocolate (MKEC) on Saturday, Dec. 11, for a fundraiser for Ku Mai Ka Hula.

The day’s highlights include a gourmet bento by Chef Joey Macadangdang, chocolate tasting by MKEC founder Gunars Valkirs and mo’olelo and hula by Kumu Hula Holt and Halau Pa’u O Hi’iaka, with music by Kaleo Phillips.

Attendees can choose the Matinee Pa’ina (1-3 p.m., $100) or Sunset Pa’ina (5-7 p.m., $150).

Ku Mai Ka Hula, Maui’s only adult hula competition featuring award-winning halau competing in solo and group performances, is celebrating its 15th anniversary in 2022.
