KAANAPALI – Duke’s Beach House is hosting the eighth annual Duke’s Beach House Holiday T-Shirt Design Contest. This year’s contest started on Aug. 12 and offers the chance for artists’ work to be featured on a limited-edition Duke’s holiday T-shirt and win some great prizes.

The Duke’s Beach House winner will have his/her art featured on Duke’s 2019 Holiday T-shirts and receive a $300 cash prize. A Fan Favorite will also be selected on dukesmaui.com, and the winner will receive a $150 cash prize. Each of the finalists will receive a $50 restaurant voucher.

Now through Sept. 13, contestants can enter the Holiday T-Shirt Design Contest by mailing their designs along with the completed entry form to Duke’s Beach House, 130 Kai Malina Parkway, Lahaina, HI 96761. Entries may be submitted as hard copies or as digital files on discs.

“The annual Duke’s T-Shirt Design Contest has become a tradition at Duke’s Maui, and we love incorporating the community into our holiday celebration,” said Nick Ware, Duke’s general manager. “We look forward to seeing all of this year’s entries and finding a new design for the Duke’s 2019 Holiday T-Shirt.”

Duke’s is seeking designs for men’s, women’s and unisex shirts. The design should incorporate Duke’s Beach House and the holiday season on Maui. Depictions of Duke himself are discouraged.

The finalists’ designs will be posted at www.dukesmaui.com on Sept. 23, 2019. Fans will have a chance to vote for their favorite designs at www.dukesmaui.com/adult-t-shirt-contest until Sept. 27, 2019.

The winners of both the Fan Favorite and Duke’s Beach House Favorite will be posted on Oct. 14, 2019 at www.dukesmaui.com and on the Facebook page.
