Shoppers can visit with Santa at Lahaina Cannery Mall and have a photo taken with him every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4:30 to 7 p.m., and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Photo packages are provided by Imaging Plus Hawaii. 

LAHAINA – Lahaina Cannery Mall is bustling with holiday activity all month long in December.

Live holiday entertainment continues each week in December with free performances by community and school groups, and popular island musicians.

The annual “Festival of Trees” decoration contest is underway. The holiday trees will be decorated with handmade ornaments by Lahaina Cannery merchants, Maui schools and community groups. The trees will be on display until after Christmas.

Just in time for the holidays, Lahaina Cannery Mall will host Lahaina Arts Society’s Holiday Art Festival, showcasing Maui’s talented artists, on Dec. 22-23 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the lawn area fronting Starbucks.

Talk story with LAS artists and view and purchase paintings, glass art, ceramics, photography, woodcarvings, jewelry and more.

Lahaina Cannery and KAOI Radio capture the holiday spirit this year by giving away two tickets to Las Vegas as part of the center’s annual “Very Vegas Christmas” holiday giveaway.

Entry forms can be found next to Center Stage through Dec. 15. The winner will be announced on KAOI FM Radio with Deejay Jack Gist on Tuesday, Dec. 18.
