LAHAINA – Lahaina Cannery Mall will once again provide a safe, air-conditioned place for families to enjoy Halloween magic, trick-or-treating, face painting, balloon twisting, games and its famous Keiki Costume Contest on Wednesday, Oct. 31, from 5 to 8 p.m.

Join the crowd at center stage as local favorite Holden Mowat performs spellbinding family magic at 5 p.m., followed by the Keiki Costume Contest at 6 p.m.

More than a dozen great prizes from Maui Toy Works and Hawaiian Island Creations will be awarded in four age groups (0-2, 3-4, 5-8 and 9-12), and this year an exciting new category has been added for family or group costumes.

Also new this year is the Spooktacular Jack-o’-Lantern Decorating Contest.

The contest is open to all ages, and participants can win cash prizes by dropping off a pre-decorated pumpkin at the Halloween Registration table between 5 and 6 p.m. on Halloween night.

Pumpkins must be fully carved and decorated prior to submission. Winners will be announced following the Keiki Costume Contest.

Come in costume! The festivities are free and guaranteed fun for the whole family!

There will be no hula show on Halloween night. To get detailed information on all upcoming events, visit www.lahainacannerymall.com.
