Keiki can explore instruments at Musical Instrument ‘Petting Zoo’

Members of Maui Music Mission’s advanced performance crew are called Na Haumana.

LAHAINA – Maui Music Mission’s third annual Musical Instrument “Petting Zoo” will be held at Lahaina Cannery Mall on Friday, March 23, from 10:30 a.m. to noon.

This is a free music education event for the whole family. Get your passport to musical inspiration and explore the “zoo” to learn about musical instrument families.

Maui Music Mission provides low-cost and free music education for keiki, thanks to the support and donations from the West Maui community.

“Music is proven to be an essential part of a child’s development between the ages of six and 12. We strive to provide a full range of musical experiences, so that our students have every opportunity to thrive without the burden of financial barriers,” explained Ronda Pali of Maui Music Mission.
