LAHAINA – The Surfrider Foundation will present a concert with Tim Rose, featuring Barefoot Minded, on Thursday, June 18, from 9 p.m. to midnight at the Hard Rock Cafe in Lahaina.

In honor of International Surfing Day, the Surfrider Foundation presents singer/songwriter Rose, who is based in Honolulu and a University of Hawaii at Manoa alumnus.

Rose recently raised more than $15,000 through a Kickstarter campaign for his debut self-titled album.

Earlier this year, he recorded this 11-track, soulful, blues-driven pop album at Steelgrass Recording Studio on Kauai with Producer Will Lydgate and drummer Patrick Armitageon.

Maui is the second stop on Rose’s statewide CD release tour, which will conclude at the end of the summer in Honolulu.
