Enjoy food, music and fun at Lahaina Plantation Days

Lahaina Plantation Days features food booths with facades reminiscent of a street scene in old Lahaina Town.
LAHAINA – The sixth annual Lahaina Plantation Days returns on Oct. 24-25 with an exciting lineup of activities boasting good food, good music and good fun!
Presented by Lahaina Restoration Foundation, this two-day event will be held at the old Pioneer Mill site surrounding the historic smokestack on Lahainaluna Road. Event hours are 5 to 10:30 p.m.; parking is free.
Back by popular demand are the food booths with their facades reminiscent of a street scene in old Lahaina Town. A total of 15 restaurants will offer a variety of culinary delights along with local favorites. A beer and wine garden, coffee tent, cultural tent, farmers’ market, historical displays, plantation exhibits and the best of island music will also be featured.
A free event T-shirt will be given to everyone purchasing an engraved brick between now and Oct. 31. Bricks can be purchased online at www.LahainaRestoration.org or at the event. Brick purchase forms are also available at the Lahaina Cannery Mall smokestack display, MauiGrown Coffee Store and the Plantation Exhibit on Lahainaluna Road.

Restaurants donate half of their sales to the event. The freshly painted food booths are complete with hand wash sinks, electricity outlets, lights and hourly trash pickup. Spaces are limited.
The annual food contest offers a $1,000 cash award for Best of Show as well as ribbons for winners in each category.
