Lahaina Gateway to host Classic Car Cruise event
LAHAINA – Spring has arrived, Easter is almost here and Lahaina Gateway is ready to celebrate at its sixth annual fund-raising event on Saturday, March 29, from 4 to 9 p.m.
The event will feature the Maui Classic Cruisers Club. Non-club members are invited to bring their classic cars as well. The reserved parking area is for classic car club and classic cars only (pre-1971 models). This is a free event with no entry fees, but monetary donations or prizes for the raffle will be gladly accepted.
All other model years are welcome from car clubs, car enthusiasts and Lahainaluna High School students to bring their cool cars and trucks and park in Lahaina Gateway’s large general parking lot.
Monetary donations and raffle ticket sales will benefit Lahainaluna High School’s sports teams and Concert Band & Choir. Prizes for raffle ticket donation drawings will include merchant products, Easter gifts, dining and gift cards. The drawing will be held at 6:30 p.m. (entrants need not be present to win).
Enjoy spring shopping values throughout the Marvelous March weekend and dining at Barnes & Noble Caf, Foodland Farms Deli, Genki Sushi, Italian Delight, or Teddy’s Bigger Burgers as Lahaina Gateway celebrates spring on Maui.
Lahaina Gateway offers a unique shopping experience with many one-of-a-kind specialty shops, gourmet grocery, services and restaurants. The Westin’s Kaanapali resorts offer daily bus service for their guests.
