Sacred Hearts School to host 42nd Annual Bazaar

Keiki will enjoy the Turbo Tubs, bouncers, Gladiator Play Zone, slides for all ages and carnival games.

LAHAINA – The 42nd Sacred Hearts Bazaar will take place on Friday, March 7, and Saturday, March 8, at the school campus located on the corner of Wainee and Dickenson streets in Lahaina.

Event hours are 4 to 10 p.m. Admission is free; scrip may be purchased for a variety of bazaar highlights, including rides, games and food.

“We are excited for this year’s annual Bazaar,” said Susan Hendricks, principal of Sacred Hearts School. “This is the time of year when our staff, parishioners and community come together to present top-notch entertainment, delicious food and endless opportunities for fun.”

A great event for family fun, the festival will feature a variety of rides and games for all ages.

Keiki may enjoy the Turbo Tubs, bouncers, Gladiator Play Zone and slides for all ages, including little ones.

Carnival games include Pink Panther, Gold Fish, Darts, Ping Pong Toss, Bottles Up, Pirate Plunder, Hula Hoop, Spout the Whale, Plink-It, Basketball and much more.

Activities in the grade level classrooms include a silent auction (first grade), massage and chiropractic (second grade), plants (fourth grade), Goodies Store (fifth grade), temporary tattoo and face painting (eighth grade), and Alumni Room (eighth grade).

Local entertainment will feature the Sacred Hearts Choir, HAPA, Marty Dread, Ekolu and many more.

Delectable delights will include baked penne with caesar salad from Penne Pasta Cafe, taco salad from Duke’s Beach House, pulled pork sandwiches, shoyu chicken, pork and peas, kalua pork, hot dogs, shave ice, root beer, chow fun, malasadas, plate lunches and cotton candy.
