ULUPALAKUA — Present owners of Ulupalakua Ranch have always been generous about inviting the public in for events, music and good food in support of Maui’s paniolo tradition. Now recognizing 50 years of ownership by the Erdman family, the ranch welcomes the community to its leeward Haleakala headquarters to celebrate half-a-century of Maui history. “Ulupalakua Inspires” is set for Sunday, June 30, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., featuring an afternoon of music, hula, historical displays, information booths and wine tastings.
