LAHAINA – The holiday season is in high gear at Lahaina Cannery Mall with a full entertainment lineup and the “Very Vegas Christmas” holiday giveaway.

Live holiday entertainment continues each week in December with visits by Santa and free performances from Hawaii musicians, halau, church and school groups.

Talk story with Santa and capture the season with holiday photo packages available from Imaging Plus Hawaii. Santa will visit Thursday and Friday, Dec. 20-21, from 5 to 8:30 p.m.; Saturday, Dec. 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 8:30 p.m.; and Sunday, Dec. 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m.

Lahaina Cannery Mall will get into the holiday spirit again this year by giving away two tickets to Las Vegas as part of the center’s annual “Very Vegas Christmas” holiday giveaway.

The winner will be drawn at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 22, at center stage. Visit any Lahaina Cannery Mall merchant for details.

The West Maui halau Na Kamali‘i Nani O Lahaina will perform at 1 p.m. on Dec. 29.

December 20 – Hula by Na Kamali’i O Ke Akua at 7 p.m.;

December 22 – Maui “TubaChristmas” at noon, and hula by Na Kamali’i O Ke Akua at 1 p.m.;

December 23 – Singing by the Grace Independent Baptist Church Choir at noon, and hula by Halau Hula O Keola Ali’iokekai at 1 p.m.;

Talk story with Santa and take pictures on Thursday and Friday, Dec. 20-21, from 5 to 8:30 p.m.; Saturday, Dec. 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 8:30 p.m.; and Sunday, Dec. 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m.

December 27 – Hula by Te Tiare Patitifa at 7 p.m.;

December 29 – Hula by Na Kamali’i Nani O Lahaina at 1 p.m.;

December 30 – Hula by Na Pua Melia at 1 p.m.

Also this month at Lahaina Cannery Mall, every Tuesday, free ukulele lessons start at 5:45 p.m.

Every Tuesday and Thursday, Polynesian Performances Hula Shows start at 7 p.m.

On Saturday, Keiki Hula Shows start at 1 p.m., followed by Maui Toy Works’ Yu-Gi-Oh Card Sessions from 3 to 5 p.m.

Every Sunday, enjoy all-ages comedy and magic with Lauro Castillo at 11:30 a.m., followed by a Keiki Hula Show at 1 p.m., Maui Toy Works’ Yo-Yo/skill toys workshop and demonstration from 4 to 5 p.m., and line dancing by Maui Paniolo Posse at 4:30 p.m.

Lahaina Cannery Mall is Maui’s only fully enclosed, air-conditioned shopping complex.

Open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. (7 p.m. on Sundays), Lahaina Cannery Mall has more than 50 shops and restaurants.
