Mother’s Day Brunch and Fashion Show set at Kaanapali Beach Hotel
KAANAPALI – Kaanapali Beach Hotel will present a stylish Mother’s Day celebration on Sunday, May 13, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Sip champagne and feast on a lavish, all-you-can-eat buffet while enjoying Hawaiian music, hula and the latest offerings from Hawaii fashion designers Na Makua and Wahine Toa Designs from the Big Island.
Continuous Hawaiian entertainment will include a special performance by Rodney Arias, and fashion models and hula dancing provided by Jamie Lumlung and Friends.
KPOA “Morning Goddess” Alaka’i Paleka will be the mistress of ceremonies for the day’s festivities.
Every mother will receive a rose and have a chance to win the grand prize: a “Clean Home & Car Detail” package by PWC Hawaii valued at $500.
Other prizes for lucky moms include Kupanaha: Magic Show Dinner Theater admission for two, dinner for two at the Tiki Terrace Restaurant, and an overnight stay at Kaanapali Beach Hotel.
The buffet will feature a waffles and omelet station; iced station of shrimp cocktail, crab legs and oysters and mussels-on-the-half shell; kiawe smoked prime rib and the hotel’s award-winning rack of lamb; herb-roasted pork loin with apple sauce; baked ham with passion fruit glaze; spicy fried shrimp; and seafood ciopino.
There will be an exclusive buffet of specialties just for keiki and an array of decadent desserts.
