Julia Weisel joins Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset

LAHAINA — At a recent in-person/hybrid meeting of the Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset, Julia Weisel was inducted as the club’s newest member. She was inducted into the club by Assistant Governor Mariko Higashi and sponsored by President-Elect Kelsey Briggs.

Julia was born and raised on Maui. She received her bachelor’s degree from University of Hawaii and went on to obtain a Juris Doctor from University of Idaho.

She recently took over the family mini golf business, Maui Golf and Sports Park, that her parents built 19 years ago.

Julia has a passion for justice, kids, and animals, and she looks forward to helping those in need through her service as a Rotarian.

The Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset is holding in-person/hybrid meetings at the Royal Ocean Terrace Restaurant at the Royal Lahaina Resort. Meetings are held on the first, third and fifth Tuesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. The public is invited to join in on any meeting either in-person or via Zoom.
