LAHAINA — A motivational speaker will be the presenter at the hybrid meeting of the Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 3, at the Royal Ocean Terrace Restaurant at the Royal Lahaina Resort. Kelly Nickel will make his presentation from California via Zoom on the large screen to the in-person participants.

Enjoy a burst of inspiration from Nickel with Bucketfillers Forever, celebrate the value of serving others and explore the benefits that result from treating others with kindness, acceptance, respect and empathy.

You will laugh, reflect and enjoy learning simple strategies that you can use right away to keep the “bucket-filling” metaphor alive and thriving in your community with a focus on creating a positive atmosphere, promoting social/emotional development for everyone and remembering to do those simple but meaningful bucket-filling actions that help everyone fill more, dip less and use our lid in all that we think, speak and do.
